There are three ways to go about doing something.

The school improvement process is a deeply complex and emotionally charged experience that must be done with all members of the school community.

  • Working one on one with a teacher or co-teacher team to install SEL practices, design a small group session, or use any other strategy to follow the MTSS process on a short term scale to test the efficacy of the practice within that specific classroom.

    Includes data tracking and scope and sequenced continuous improvement.

  • Leading a teacher team through the MTSS process by determining a goal or problem, using evidence based best practice to install a short term routine to test the efficacy of the strategy in the given environment.

    Includes data tracking and scope and sequenced continuous improvement.

  • Working with site based administration, instructional leadership teams, PBIS teams, behavior management teams, etc. to install SEL practices in alignment with incentive and behavior management systems.

    Includes data tracking and scope and sequenced continuous improvement.

  • Consulting with district based leadership on the implementation of SEL practices or any other instructional shift through the use of data tracking and scope and sequenced continuous improvement.
